All the participants were successful in passing the latest Aspire Standards Challenge. Employees and local people seeking to gain work experience were put through a challenging day testing the Aspire Standards and carrying out estate management inspections as part of the process. Everybody who works for Aspire has to achieve the Standards and incorporate these into their daily working arrangements.
